Company Description
- Develop and administer comprehensive product documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials through our Confluence Wiki and Absorb learning tool.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform strategic product decisions.
- Monitor and report on product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform future ad tech product integrations and optimization efforts.
- Provide operational oversight Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Ad Tech Integrations, Product Architects, Sales Supply, Sales Enablement, Application Clients, and Playback Video teams, to help coordinate develop and execute innovative advertising technology solutions.
- Manage product launches and coordinate communication efforts to internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, clients, and partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ad tech products and platforms, supplying guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Aid in the creation of Ad Tech integration roadmaps and prioritization of feature integrations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategies.
- Help facilitate communication between Integration and QA teams, collaborate with engineering teams to address any issues and ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Supply exceptional customer support, troubleshooting and resolving any product-related issues or concerns.
- Analyze client and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- A passion for innovation and staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- 1+ years of experience in product management or related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge of advertising technology platforms, such as ad servers, DSPs (Demand Side Platform), SSPs (Supply Side Platform) (Supply Side Platform), DMPs (Data Management Platforms), and viewability measurement tools.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Strong project management abilities, with a proven record of accomplishment of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital advertising formats, including display, video, and native advertising.
- Experience in ad tech, digital advertising, or a related field.
- Ability in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI (Business Intelligence).
- Experience with video advertising technology, including VAST (Video Ad Serving Template), VPAID, and video ad serving platforms.
- Background in media, broadcasting, or entertainment industries.
- Familiarity with advertising industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), and IAB guidelines.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding (RTB), and header bidding.
