PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER
Tentcraft, a leading provider of custom tents and outdoor event solutions, is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to grow acquisition, engagement and product sales.As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll use a deep understanding of products and customer segments to improve product positioning, market fit, and the product experience.
Focus & Responsibilities
Market, Customer, and Competitive Analysis
Fully understand customer pain points, buyer personas, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
Own Product Positioning and Messaging
Work with the marketing team to develop product positioning, value propositions and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates products from competitors.
Develop Go-to-Market Strategies
Create and execute go-to-market strategies for each product to build awareness and increase volume sold. Experiment with different products and customer segments to identify growth opportunities.
Product Feedback
Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve feedback capture at the product level.
Build a Better Product Experience
The product experience itself is an underutilized marketing tool.
Customer Lifetime Value
Build remarketing campaigns for individual products, accessories and customer segments to grow customer lifetime value.
Content Creation + Sales Enablement
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services teams to craft product related content and sales resources that help close deals.
Analytics
Work with data from various sources to identify insights and pursue strategies that support short and long-term growth.
Ideation
Use market analysis and customer feedback to ideate with the new products team for new products, features, accessories, and other monetization strategies.

What you need:
- FUN AND A LITTLE WEIRD: boring dorks need not apply 😎
- 5-10 years of marketing experience is likely the sweet spot
- Data-driven approach, deep comfort with digital tools, and curiosity to experiment with tools and techniques.
- COMMUNICATION: ability to communicate respectfully and not take anything too seriously
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including executive management, client services, sales and marketing.
- Experience initiating and driving a range of go-to-market programs including demand gen, email, content marketing. Experience in driving an account based marketing approach would be a plus.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for
- TEAMWORK: work closely with a diverse set of peers to drive and support growth and profitability
- Experience in developing marketing plans that cover strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc
- Bachelor's degree
