  • Sharp analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Help define, set, and execute your products OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
  • Prior hands-on experience creating roadmaps, user stories, defining requirements, and test cases 
  • Play an active role in mitigating obstacles impacting successful completion of sprint goals
  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related degree or equivalent experience 
  • Own a product or service within the broader CURO Product organization
  • Lead and influence a broad group of stakeholders including technology, credit, operations, marketing, and compliance
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize and maintain a product backlog according to business value and desired outcomes
  • 2+ years of fintech or related product management experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of the Agile process and principles
  • Translate business strategies to product strategy and drive those strategies through the product development lifecycle
  • Acquisition funnel optimization utilizing an experimentation platform, Optimizely.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, organizational and time management skills


Base Salary: $85,000 - $130,000


The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.


All full-time salaried employees are also eligible for the following benefits: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages.
