Twelve South is a Charleston-based company that designs and manufactures ingenious accessories tailored exclusively for Apple. We are actively recruiting a Product Manager to join our team who will contribute to the development and lifecycle of our tech accessory products. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and tracking of the essential steps required to concept, develop, and deliver Twelve South products to consumers.


This is a collaborative role in which you will be working with the Chief Creative Officer, cross-functional teams, and report directly to the VP of Product Management. You will have a direct impact on ways to best execute each project on time and be heavily involved in helping Twelve South deliver exceptional products that meet our customer’s needs. What you’ll do:

  • Maintain a sample library showcasing an organized format for identifying what stage the lifecycle is in.
  • Assist the VP of Product Management in developing and executing product strategies.
  • Collaborate with Creative Director to define product details and execute into the pipeline.
  • Communicate with factories daily to ensure all issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist in monitoring project timelines, ensuring the on-time delivery of products and milestones.
  • Capable of using project and portfolio management software, including task lists and other program management tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication happens throughout the development lifecycle process.
  • Manage product lifecycle from planning, development, design working prototype, testing, etc.
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of product development documentation, projects, product specifications. Ensure accurate up-to-date records are maintained.

  • Passion for technology and understanding of the tech industry/consumer needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in product management or related field.
