Product Manager (Connected Room)

This is your chance to be a part of an in-house Customer Experience team that’s using guest insights to evolve our industry-leading channels and deliver personalized experiences. As a Product Manager (Connected Room), you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management (Connected Room), you will help drive forward the Hilton Connected Room Experience platform, simplifying and enhancing every stay with personalized entertainment, information, room control, hotel service access, and more.

How You Will Make An Impact

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like

• Pinpoint customer needs (owners, Hilton Honors members, guests, partners, and Team Members) to help define and prioritize product features that drive the most impact
• Identify new opportunities that will improve the Hilton Connected Room experience and deliver business growth
• Revel in the data! Define the product's key success metrics, analyze/present metrics/data post-launch, and quickly act on trends that arise from those metrics
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design in an Agile environment to deliver on new Hilton Connected Room features, resolve product issues, and act as an advocate and enthusiast for Connected Room
• Define and present new product concepts to both Technology and business partners and team members
• Write clear business requirements and ensure technical teams are in lockstep with them
• Continuously look for and capitalize on product optimization opportunities

How You Will Collaborate With Others

• Build trusted and highly effective working relationships across Hilton, including working closely with engineering, design, data science and analytics, brands, property, policy/regulatory, and market-facing teams

What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

• The projects you will own will revolve around individual features and functionality driven from the in-room guest TV that are substantiated and validated by way of customer research and prioritized on need and business impact.
• Your role will focus on the continual growth and evolution of the Connected Room in-room TV experience.

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You Have These Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with web analytics tools, such as the Adobe reporting suite
• Five (5) years of work experience in product, customer experience, technology, or related field
• Self-motivated with strong product management experience
• Experience working with a sophisticated cross-functional matrix environment.

It Would Be Useful If You Have

• Mobile Product management experience
• Experience in TV product management or design experience for either Android TV or AppleTV apps
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
• Ten (10) years of Product-related experience

The annual salary range for this role is $100,000-$140,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
