Location: 100% on-site in Beaverton, OR

Pay Rate: $53/hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Expert communication and presentation skills using a variety of formats – Keynote, Miro, Adobe Acrobat
• Passion for discovering new talent and points of influence for a global brand
• Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
• Elevated design skills in type, illustration and image creation
• Minimum 3-5 years of graphic design experience in studio, agency or in-house setting
• Proficient in Adobe CC and comfortable working within new digital spaces
• Demonstrated passion and understanding of trend and visual culture
• Ability to seek out opportunities to elevate apparel graphics though craft and construction
• Knowledge in product development process – creating mechanicals, schematics and tech packs
• Knowledge of apparel product creation
• Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design support and collaboration with Senior Designers
• A typical day could include everything from creating visual centers and building design presentations, to attending fit sessions and reviewing prototypes with our development partners
• You will be guiding the creative through the design season while working with a team of designers, developers, product managers, and merchants to deliver creative in line with the Client Design Ethos
• This role requires passion and creativity, with focus to see designs through the product creation process
• This teammate embodies expert communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into focused, consumer-right design narratives
