Job Description
Orange Comet is seeking Producer to drive the development of our upcoming IP games. At Orange Comet, our Gaming Team leads all aspects of the development process, ensuring that the games produced are delivered on time, meet a high standard of quality and brand integrity while and helping to maintain the creative vision of the game.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with Leads to ensure clear goals are set for milestones and that they are realized during development
  • Serve as a key link between all stakeholders, including licensors (if any)
  • Support other groups (Marketing, PR, etc.) and communicate needs and deliverables required to successfully launch and operate the game
  • Responsible for key deliverables and deadlines, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities; Understanding of dependencies among different disciplines; Final responsibility for the production and management of the game
  • Together with the Art Director, Creative Director, and Technical Director, responsible for the vision of the game
  • Set the bar in terms of reliability, accountability, and professionalism


Requirements


  • Excellent communication and people management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with people in all disciplines required to make a game (engineering, art, design, audio, UI/UX, test, etc.)
  • Have shipped at least 1 game on mobile and/or multiple platforms
  • Knowledge of both mobile and PC/Console development processes
  • Experience managing and leading an organization at scale, including all-hands communication, staff planning, budgeting, etc.
  • Experience as a games producer working in a dynamic, agile environment


Nice-To-Have Skill


  • Experience shipping and supporting Live Service games
  • Basic Product Management expertise
  • Experience with managing effective collaboration within a hybrid office setting
  • Ability to work effectively with a large amount of ambiguity and adapt easily to change

Additional Information:


The base salary range for a full-time position in Los Angeles is $150,000-$200,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our team can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
