Entegris is seeking a Procurement Process Manager as part of the Procurement Center of Excellence. The newly hired Procurement Process Manager will be a global resource for Entegris helping identify, set up, and optimize the Buyer operational processes according to current best practices. They will support direct buying functions by providing best practices, standards, documentation, trainings, and tools to proactively deliver results. They will help problem solve issues facing the buying organization, they will drive projects to address issues and implement long term solutions. They will drive continuous improvement, optimization, and automation of processes.


In this role you will:
  • Escalate issues and propose solutions
  • Manages specific training solution portfolio, plan, and road map, including gap analysis
  • Coaches Buyers and actively participate in building-up of knowledge management and sharing culture. Help the buyers develop their cross functional relationships and communication.
  • Creates and maintains training Catalogue
  • Build-up and maintain a resource library
  • Generate project ideas based on best-practice insights from KPI reviews, plant visits, etc.
  • Continuously review current processes and actively improve them, troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Ensure buyers have the tools, reports, information necessary to perform their function in collaboration with other COE team members including Systems and Analytics, as well as Procurement, Supply Chain and IT.
  • Be part of a team that is responsible for defining and maintaining the buyer processes and best practices.
  • Develop a close relationship with the buying teams to ensure deep collaboration and quick issue resolution
  • Drive and support the organization trainings or info sessions, including acting as facilitator or presenter at workshops and training sessions.
  • Create high-level business case scenarios and propose to business units for consideration
  • Provide analytic expertise and manpower on selected tasks.


Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Ability to work in a hybrid manner (some onsite, some offsite) as well as participate in telephone calls outside of typical working hours.
  • At least Five (5) years’ experience in supply chain management; specifically, in procurement, supplier sourcing or management, logistics and distribution, material and/or materials management
  • Candidate must be strong in Data Analytics including but not limited to Excel/Marco Analytics and Power BI
  • Excellent communications, presentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally 3-4 times per year
  • Additional proficiencies included SAP or ERP systems for order, inventory, and reporting management
  • Candidate should have strong fundamentals and maturity in the overall supply chain ecosystem
  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can meet goals with minimal supervision
  • Subject matter expert of purchasing or inventory management with high-level analytics capabilities
  • The ideal candidate is a high energy individual who thrives in a fast paced, high-growth environment
  • Candidate should possess tenacity in materials demand, forecast, integrated business planning, production planning as well as excellent accomplishments in inventory optimization and management
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and enjoy interacting with cross-organization and cross-level stakeholders

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally 3-4 times per year
