Job Description
Job Responsibilities


This position serves as the coordinator for the college's purchasing card program as well as the systems coordinator for the Procurement Office. Job duties include, but are not limited to, managing the college's purchasing card program, managing the college's contract review process, managing the Procurement Office document imaging system, processing small procurement purchase orders and assisting in the management of the college's e-procurement system. This is a critical position for the department and serves as a liaison with other divisions and other colleges.


Minimum And Additional Requirements


This position requires a high school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience. A bachelor's degree and one (1) year related work experience; or an associate degree and three (3) years related work experience; or a high school diploma and five (5) years related work experience is preferred.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience with a purchasing card program including computerized systems as well as experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system such as Banner or Colleague preferred. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential. Applicants must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages, be able to function in an environment characterized by continual changes in information technology, initiate and complete duties with limited supervision while exercising discretion and professionalism, interact effectively with all areas of the college, be able to multitask in high-pressure situations, and pay close attention to detail.
