Tasks and Responsibilities:

We are looking for qualified 2nd & 3rd shifts Process Technicians in Injection Molding that are flexible with their schedule.

Must have Plastic Injection Molding experience,

Industrial Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, PLC, Robotics, etc.

  • Actively participate and lead production area organization.
  • Basic and advanced operation of plastic injection molding presses.
  • Perform injection mold preventative maintenance and insert changes in support of production with diligence and accuracy.
  • Maintain production and on-time schedules.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in processing engineering grade resins
  • Maintain and follow quality control procedures.
  • Understand and follow ALL safety procedures for plastic injection molding
  • Ensure a clean, organized and safe work environment at all times.
  • Participate in root-cause analysis of tooling breakage and/or damage to assess corrective actions.
  • Ability to process mold given processing specifications
  • Take a lead role in the creation, organization, historical logging, revision control.
  • Maintain accurate log of preventative maintenance and insert changes.
  • Ability to setup & hang mold/tools for new production runs, manage resin drying, compensate machine parameters in process
  • Identify and elevate tool, equipment, and other infrastructure needs to management.
  • Maintain and promote ISO and/or certified quality standards.
  • Ability for 1st part QC checks and understand production scheduling
  • Identify tooling deficiencies during preventative maintenance and notify management.
