Salary: Up to $100k
Location: Mon - Fri onsite in Janesville, WI
Requirements: B.S. in Manufacturing/Process Engineering

With several years of over 40% growth our Process/Manufacturing department is rapidly growing and we're hiring Process/Manufacturing Engineers of all levels who are hungry and ready to make an impact!

What You Will Be Doing
  • Utilize MRP and CAD software to create fixtures and streamline manufacturing operations
  • Collaborate with operators to find effective solutions for various production challenges
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for direct and indirect labor
  • Troubleshoot issues promptly, implement corrective actions, and identify root causes
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance production efficiency
What You Need for this Position
1+ year of Process Engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing setting, in addition to:
  • Familiarity with Kaizen/Continuous Improvement and 5S methodology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of Lean principles, such as lead time reduction and SMED
Bonus points if you have experience with Kaizen as well as a 5S methodology
