Overview

Location: 100% Remote- must be willing to work EST Time Zone, onsite when needed

Job Type: Full Time / Permanent (hybrid when needed, otherwise remote)

Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponshorship

West End of Pittsburgh, PA.

The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Process Automation Analyst II.Ideal candidates will have an Associate Degree (or equivalent experience).Prior experience in the financial industry is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Liaise with external business partners for issue resolution as needed and monitor through successful and timely completion
  • Subject matter expertise in all aspects of automated operations
  • Analyze, document and implement automation to maximize efficiencies
  • Maintain near real-time data redundancy, business continuity and disaster recovery of all core environment components
  • Attend vendor conferences to maintain education on new products and software solutions
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to all aspects of core processing environment
  • Understand all aspects of financial institution daily processing
  • Provide related internal support to internal users as necessary
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of credit union staff and management
  • Monitor 24x7x365 automated processing environment to ensure successful daily completion of assigned tasks and/or resolution of issues
  • Mentor and provide training for operations staff
  • Collaborate with internal users to test and implement new service packs or other upgrades
  • Provide weekend, holiday and after-hours 24x7 On-Call support on a rotating basis
  • Participate in project related meetings
  • Advance skill set with ongoing training as dictated by needs of the organization



Qualifications

  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience in an automated processing environment
  • Must be able to work some nights and weekends
  • Must be available for rotating on-call duty
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Previous experience in a financial institution IT environment a definite plus
  • Proficient experience with job scheduling or process automation solutions
