Job Title: Pro Shop Assistant Manager, Flagship Pro Shop


Department: Retail


Reports To: Pro Shop Manager


FLSA Status: Non-exempt


Summary


The Pro Shop Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Pro Shop Manager with the overall day to day operations at the Lumen Field Flagship Pro Shop.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Coordinate programs to boost staff morale
  • Assist with building and training a team of qualified and promotable Sales Associates
  • Support Store Manager in all daily operations, including event days
  • Assist in tracking all store promotions
  • Assist with accurate time tracking in the time management system for all sales associates
  • Responsible for accurate accounting of deposits, change orders and ordering supplies
  • Assist with creating and maintaining in store visual merchandise displays
  • Works with the distribution center to ensure an in-stock position on all merchandise
  • Assist with store physical inventory
  • Communicate and model the mission and values of the Seattle Seahawks and Sounders FC and motivate the store associates to consistently exemplify these principles
  • Manage store staff in their day-to-day duties


Supervisory Responsibilities


This position will supervise all part time store staff


QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Strong merchandising skills
  • Ability to analyze sales and inventory reports
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary


EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE


Combination of 2-3 years sales/supervisory experience in a high paced retail environment


Language Skills


Must possess excellent communication skills


Mathematical Skills


Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

Standing for long periods at a time and the ability to lift and move merchandise/displays of up to 40lbs. Able to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Able to use arms, hands and fingers to handle, feel and/or reach.

Some weekends and nights required. All game days required. Occasionally work offsite events, limited travel as needed.


Compensation And Benefits


The hourly range for this position is: $26.00 – 29.00 The hourly range applies to the current posting. The posted hourly range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set.
