We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Residential team as a Part Time Private Lounge Food Runner !

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner; great guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service.
• Deliver food from Kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeless.
• Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Ability to work weekend, nights and holidays.

Non-Essential Functions:

• Take guest food orders.
• Seat guests

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Minimum one year of food service or related work.

• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
