HopSkipDrive is rolling out a premium product offering (Primary CareDriver + ) to better service riders that require a consistent driver. This new product will require close supervision and manual intervention to ensure we are providing a quality experience that exceeds clients expectations. As a Primary CareDriver + Specialist, you will be a critical part of making the Primary CareDriver + program successful. You are ready to go the extra mile to ensure every ride has a compliant Primary CareDriver and that the client and rider experience will be smooth. You will find and fix issues before they escalate. You are an excellent communicator with a detail-oriented eye, who understands how important it is to identify and communicate trends in CareDriver behavior and Primary CareDriver + rides.

What You'll Do
  • Build and manage ride series that require a consistent driver
  • Ensure Primary CareDriver + ride series are always matched to a consistent CareDriver Triage CareDriver claim issues using SMS and call
  • Monitor Primary CareDriver + ride series compliance
  • Identify and report to leadership trends in CareDriver behavior, issues and complaints Facilitate monthly payouts and monthly reporting
  • Manage logistics for rides that have special needs and advanced qualifications
  • Utilize reporting to recognize and resolve problems before they arise

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in is $18 to $20 hr. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
