Pricing Analyst

This position is on site at our HQ in Alpharetta, GA four days per week with a remote work day each Friday.
Summary
The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for creating pricing proformas for new and existing business in collaboration with Client Services, Practice Leads, and Business Development. The PA partners with Client Services, Back Office Departments, and Accounting to ensure accurate data and financial management of new programs. The Pricing Analyst should be knowledgeable in the financial administration of programs; this includes budgeting and forecasting, and ad hoc reporting. The PA is proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and Oracle. Qualities include: building customer relationships, financial acumen, problem solving, professionalism, detail oriented, multi-tasking skills, ability to work independently and function in a team environment, the ability to adapt to changes in the workplace, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Essential Job Functions:
• Create proformas for new business opportunities and make existing business pricing updates as needed
• Assist in the preparation of contracts, financial reports, and variance explanations for new business
• Monitor revenue and margin adherence for proformas and provide analysis as necessary
• Collaborate with Financial Analysts and Program Accountants on the transition of new program proformas to the program’s variance analysis and forecasting responsibilities post-launch
• Attend the launch meetings of new program wins and existing business expansions
• Work with Financial Analysts to ensure that all information for new programs is correctly input into a forecast file
• Work with Program Accountants to ensure understanding on how program was priced as it relates to month end close and billing
• Follow up and conduct a review of credit checks with Business Development Directors
• Review Non-disclosure agreements with clients
• Biannual audit/update of standard proforma rates compared to actual rates
• Ad-hoc reporting as necessary to support business needs
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Possess the necessary skills to learn and understand the finance structure of the organization
• Ability to communicate to a diverse audience in non-financial terms
• Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, meet deadlines and goals
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide follow-up
• Capability of working in a team-oriented environment that is fair, open and honest (in-office/remote)
• Thorough knowledge of business policies
• Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong partnerships with all internal customers, both locally and in our corporate locations (in-office and virtually)
• Ability to tackle complex issues and develop innovative and practical solutions
• Action and detail oriented; able to prioritize while handling multiple tasks
• Quick and strong decision-making skills
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel including (v-lookups, macros and linking, etc.)
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
• 2-4 years of financial analysis experience
