Pay: $42.00/Hour

Your Role:

As a Preventative Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for supporting production by maintaining equipment in the operating departments and the process support equipment for the plant. You will have the opportunity to:

• Prepare assemblies needed for certain lines to minimize maintenance downtime
• Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives
• Teach, coach, and mentor line operators in preventative maintenance processes
• Locate and replace defective components

Ultimately, you will be able to express your ideas for improvement and make a real impact on the production and safety of our company. We need you to have:

• Your own tools and toolbox
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to do basic math

• Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Associates degree or two-year technical degree in a related field
