CMOK67022 – President / CEO – Northwest OKnWe are working with a community bank in Northwest Oklahoma that is looking to fill the role of President and CEO. The successful candidate will need to be approved by regulators, have 15+ years of experience in a management role. Responsibilities include: Manages and directs the bank toward its objectives, particularly improving the overall performance of the bank and compliance with all regulations. Responsible for overall implementation and management of bank objectives, policies, and strategic plans. Provides leadership for other officers and the bank as a whole. Provides meaningful strategic ideas and vision for the future of the bank and advises the Board of Directors accordingly. This individual will directly supervise the Chief Credit Officer, Chief Banking Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Technology Officer.
