- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the IAM industry, identifying key growth opportunities and setting the strategic direction for the company’s IAM product portfolio.
- Ensure that the company’s operations are efficient and effective, and that the company is delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company to investors, the media, and the public, serving as the face of the company and promoting its vision and mission.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and employees.
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the company, setting and communicating clear and achievable business goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the development of new ideas and solutions that will drive the company’s growth and success in the IAM market.
- Oversee the company's sales management, ensuring that the sales team is effectively targeting key markets and achieving their sales goals.
- Drive the company’s financial performance and growth, ensuring that the company achieves its revenue and profitability targets.
- A commitment to innovation and a passion for technology.
- Deep understanding of the IAM industry, with a strong network of contacts and a proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent would be considered an asset.
- Excellent strategic planning skills, with the ability to set and communicate a clear and compelling vision for the company.
- Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of financial management principles and the ability to drive the company’s financial performance.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a CEO, preferably within the technology or IAM industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving business goals.
- Proven sales management skills, with a track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
