Presentation Designer (Remote) Jobs

Location: Remote in the US with ability to work CST
Job Type: Ongoing opportunity, expected 30-40 hours a week
Hourly Rate Range: $45-$55/hr W2
The Presentation Designer is a strategic communicator that supports the global organization through visual storytelling. They conceptualize and create presentations that enable presenters to deliver engaging and effective presentations. Visual alchemists, they effectively distill complicated ideas into clear and visually compelling messages. To achieve the highest possible standards for all designed materials, the presentation designer must exhibit outstanding design judgment, apply visual storytelling, stay educated on the latest presentation design trends, and have a working knowledge of clients' business challenges.
Responsibilities:

• Create engaging presentations through the application of visual storytelling.
• Apply data visualization best practices.
• Create customized PowerPoint templates/masters.
• Maintain the brands' graphic aesthetic and quality.
• Partner with internal teams to develop design concepts for high-profile programs and events.
• Act as a champion of brand standards and guidelines.
• Manage and execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlines.
• Follow creative direction; seek and apply the latest presentation design thinking; work collaboratively within a group dynamic; and actively participate in any given project or team to which assigned.
• Understand content and utilize best design practices to create purposeful presentations.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated creative conceptualization, design, and layout skills.
• Understanding of design applications in traditional and emerging channels.
• Ability to state opinions clearly and describe visual concepts verbally.
• Proficiency with using Adobe Creative Cloud software.
• Meticulous attention to detail, accountable for accuracy.
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics and typography.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Portfolio with strong presentation samples required.
• Data visualization certifications preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills
• Minimum of five years professional-level experience required.
• External agency experience preferred.
• Experience with graphics, charts, infographics, animations, hyperlinking, transitions, video, and more.
• In-house agency experience optional.
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and directions.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in design, advertising, or related field.
