Requirements:

We are looking for Team Members that like to wake up early, watch the sun come up, and work in a fast-paced environment. If this is you, you are the person we are looking for.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in ordering of ingredients according to identified shortages.
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment.
• Cook food in a timely manner.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking techniques.
• Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
• Arrange for repairs when necessary.
• Ensure appealing presentation.
• Is a champion of Play Forever, Powdr's corporate responsibility commitment to protect the environment and support our community in Eldora's everyday operations.
• Assist in creation of and communicate to staff about daily specials.
• Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers.
• Knowledgeable of Sustainability practices in the food industry.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests.
• Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.
• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.

• Able to stand for up to 8 hours
• Able to manage 50lbs.
