This is a position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. What You Will Do

Six Flags Fiesta Texas is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to drive the ultimate guest experience. These team members will interact with guest by providing premium guest services, including VIP Guided Tours, waterpark cabanas, strollers, wheelchairs and providing valet parking.

How You Will Do It

• Assisting in other areas in park as required
• Renting strollers, wheelchairs and electronic controlled vehicles, cleaning each item before and after each use, explain rental and operating procedure
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Assisting guests with cabana rentals, explain rental policy, show guests to their cabana, offer food and beverage wait service
• Provide Guided VIP Tours - assist guests throughout the park with expediting meals, ride access, character meet and greets, and share your knowledge and park facts
• Enforcing all Six Flags policies
• Operating a Point of Sale register or handheld device

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Able to communicate effectively, including reading, writing and speaking
• Ability to actively communicate with large groups of guests
• TABC Certification, certification provided and paid for by park
• At least 18 years old
• Be available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• High level of enthusiasm and involvement
