Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Floor Management
  • Restaurant hosting
  • POS management and reporting
  • Guest amenity coordination
  • Inventory Management
  • Scheduling and staffing
  • Training
  • Colleague support
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Cash handling and staff bank-management
