As the first and only health care business dedicated exclusively to treating childhood myopia (nearsightedness), Treehouse Eyes' doctors have helped over 6,000 children have better vision and reduce their risk of serious eye diseases associated with myopia. Treehouse Eyes now has more than sixty locations across the country, making Treehouse Eyes the largest myopia management provider in the country!
The Practice Relations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and growing referrals from doctors to Treehouse Eyes providers in targeted markets. This includes developing customer targeting, establishing call frequency and creating methods of communication with doctors and practices to achieve targets.

Responsibilities
·Design and implement call cycle
·Accurately and timely report on call metrics
·Identify and develop new business opportunities
·Develop and strengthen relationships with referring (and prospective referring) providers.
·Work closely with existing franchisees in assigned market
·Foster and work to maintain an entrepreneurial, mission-based growth culture
Qualifications
·3+ years of sales
·BA/BS degree
·Must live in San Francisco or Los Angeles
·Strong communicationsskills
·Proficient in Salesforce.com or similar CRM platform

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time, salaried position. Compensation: $100k plus variable based on experience and performance. All full-time employees will be eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 401K benefits, and HSA/FSA options.
