Postdoctoral Research Position In Water Resource

Remote sensing to assess operations and maintenance status of stormwater best management practices at military installations. This project will seek to use remote sensing data and machine learning models to (1) identify plant growth and stress in stormwater practices, and (2) quantify sedimentation and hydraulic function of stormwater assets.

Perform remote sensing research including evaluation of satellite, development of publications, and informal mentoring of graduate and undergraduate students.

Earned doctorate (or its foreign equivalent) or appropriate terminal degree.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in stormwater management, green stormwater infrastructure, remote sensing, and python programming.
