About the Team:
Pandora’s NAM Operations team is hiring a POSM Specialist!

This position is responsible for the day to day order and fulfillment management of the point of sale materials (POSM) between different flows – retail stores, DCs, and other global facilities. While providing cross-functional team support you will also have the opportunity to provide analtycis, reporting, and process impreoments to this area of our supply chain.

Your Role as a POSM Specialist:

  • Building strong relationships between all direct and indirect functional departments.
  • Identify and drive cost savings initiatives cross the POSM landscape.
  • Collect and analyze logistics data to identify trends, performance indicators, and areas for improvement including inventory, fulfillment, and incoming shipments. Use this information to optimize logistics processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Support Omni operations and implementation associated with NAM Ignite and the Phoenix Strategy
  • Develop inbound shipping and order visibility to prepare 3PL for inventory receipts
  • Key contact for all communication and coordination between Pandora and POSM 3PL
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to effectively articulate decisions and metrics
  • Support Finance team to accurately plan budgeting for POSM fulfillment and executing inventory scrapping process
  • Supports any IT or new development and projects related to POSM
  • Audit invoices and ensure cost accuracy based on extensive knowledge of 3PL contracts.
  • Manage POSM business and 3PL relationship by collaborating with various stakeholders, such as warehouses, retail stores, merchandising, and global partners.
  • Proactively identify and resolve logistics-related issues, such as fulfillment delays, damages, or quality concerns. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to find timely solutions and minimize disruptions to the supply chain

What is needed to succeed:
  • Demonstrated attitude and demeanor that will support team-oriented work relationships
  • Strong oral and written communication skills as well as in Microsoft Excel. Other analytical and data visualization tools a plus!
  • Results oriented and self-directed individual with the ability to work independently or as a team.
  • Strong analytical/quantitative skills with the ability to interpret data sets and translate into actionable conclusions..
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and continuously changing work environment, with the ability to adapt and strategize to succeed
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills combined with a track record of success in challenging cross-functional environments
  • Relationship building skills that support a working relationship that is effective and transparent between Pandora and our 3PL
  • Experience in order management and fulfillment operations
