Portfolio Management And Investor Relations Analyst

The Portfolio Management and Investor Relations Analyst (“Analyst”) has exposure to a wide range of activities including portfolio analysis and reporting, fund management, the investment process, fundraising activities, and Frontier Growth Partners initiatives. The role also serves as a liaison with portfolio companies and assists in the financial reporting process.

Portfolio Management:

• Monitor the performance of our Funds & Portfolio Companies through the collection and analysis of cross-functional metrics & KPIs.
• Prepare, maintain, and present materials related to: Monthly and quarterly portfolio reviews, Portfolio company valuations, Written performance updates, and Fund-specific analysis, including but not limited to fund capacity, investment allocation, performance metrics, and cash flow modeling
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis related to the Funds & Portfolio Companies.

Investor Relations:

• Assist with materials and coordination of the Annual Meeting.
• Support market intelligence efforts by conducting thorough research and profiling potential Limited Partners (“LPs”) and owning benchmarking performance data.
• Assist with presentation materials and preparation, including regular updates to data and content for investor presentations and creating new slides as necessary.
• Support ongoing LP management and active fundraising as needed.
• Own the investor portal, including the management of the data room as well as managing CRM (DealCloud) operations.

Other:

• Monthly and quarterly strategy analysis.
• Additional ad hoc analysis as requested.
• Supporting the Frontier Growth Partners team on an as-needed basis with project work

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
• Ability to condense ideas into concise visual representations in PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree from top-tier undergraduate university and strong track record of academic performance.
• Strong ethics and values.
• 0-2 years of investment banking, consulting, audit, or finance experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious self-starter.
• Ability to effectively summarize and craft written content that effectively communicates investment strategy thesis of portfolio companies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, multi-task, and meet demanding deadlines.
• Superior modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to interact with senior management.
