Pool Bartender, Seasonal Full-Time

This position is responsible for serving guest needs indirectly by preparing wines, spirits, and mixed drinks for servers in pool outlet. They will prepare drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards. They will also be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory count, process log entries for voids and spillage. Other duties include all prep work including cutting and preparing fruits and other beverage garnishments.

One year previous food service or related work experience, high school education or equivalent, must be able to accurately process cash and credit card transactions. Prior experience preparing beverages.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
