Job Description

Reporting to the EVP, Professional Services & Support the Director, PMO will lead a team of global project managers to help us transform and scale our Professional Services business.

This person will define the project management process, standards, and deliverables necessary to ensure consistent project execution for our customers and employees.

In addition, this role will work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence, improve margins and standard project management KPIs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Own overall delivery related escalations with a focus on ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
  • Ensure your team meets utilization targets and other business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor project managers and share knowledge of best practices.
  • Partner with other members of the Professional Services team to continually develop delivery methodologies and best practices across multiple software products and regions.
  • Set performance targets for direct reports and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Lead a team of project managers to deliver high quality customer engagements while meeting or exceeding the time to value and financial expectations of our customers.
  • Own overall project health for all active global services projects.
  • Establish the PMO role and global function.
  • Facilitate and encourage interregional collaboration, cooperation, and team building.
  • Inform and help manage capacity models based on changes in delivery methodology.
  • Define, track, monitor, manage and improve Project Management KPIs.


Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SaaS delivery projects, consulting services operating model, standard terminology and processes, and corresponding key metrics including backlog, utilization, margins.
  • Prior experience excelling in a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization
  • Great customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders including customers, internal, and partners
  • Proficiency with information systems such as CRM, PSA, ERP/Accounting, Order Management
  • Proven ability to manage change successfully and cultivate buy-in from stakeholders for large process changes or new initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a PMO function at a high-volume SaaS company. Preferably private equity owned.
