Position Summary

We are searching for a Product Line Manager (PLM) to focus on and elevate the UA Run & Competitive Train Apparel business. This role will work on the strategic vision and plan for Run & Competitive Train Apparel, with a sharp focus on building the most innovative, consumer-centric products in the industry. Daily work will revolve around managing the full product life cycle - from seasonal strategy and line planning, through the design and development process, to production and delivery. In addition, cross-functional collaboration (Global & Regional Merch, Planning, Brand, Sports Marketing, Sales, etc.) will be expected to deliver a comprehensive GTM plan which results in Global growth and market leadership. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Understands and applies Runner and Training insights to help inform decision making throughout the product creation process.
  • Works across GTM functions to influence and collaborate with Innovation, Marketing, Sports Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Key Accounts, and key leaders to ensure clarity, support and alignment on a dialed-in GTM execution.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert and gives product category presentations internally and externally.
  • Assess and utilizes sales plans, selling and margin reports to interpret data that directly affects the business.
  • Effectively interprets consumer feedback and market trend data to help shape the Vision of UA Run for future seasons.
  • Authors seasonal product briefs, identifies key white space opportunities and constantly seeks out the next industry-leading product solution for the Runner and Athlete.
  • Works cross-functionally to help build a profitable, market right, consumer right product that is in-line with the company’s financial targets.
  • Leads the product creation process to outline and manage seasonal business plans

  • Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks and to successfully meet multiple deadlines

Education And / Or Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of product line management – Apparel experience highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree

Other Requirements

  • Work-Life Designation: 3 days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote
  • Travel: 15-20%, including both domestic and international
  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Global Headquarters in Baltimore, MD.

Relocation

  • Base Salary Range: $113,689.00-$156,322.00
  • Relocation may be provided up to a specified amount


Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual’s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
