Posting Summary


Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Player Development Personnel for the Department of Academic Support Services.


Among the key duties of this position are the following:


  • Assigned to individual football student athletes, responsible for mentoring these students in their academic endeavors.
  • Checks attendance of students in their classes.
  • Supervises study hall for football student athletes.

Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.


Certifications/Licenses
  • Use of personal vehicle in order to travel for business demands; a valid driver’s license would be required for this position.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Coaching and playing at collegiate or high school level preferred, but not required.
