Reporting to the President/Owner, this position provides a long-term career opportunity for the right individual who possesses the appropriate technical and soft skills required to be successful in this unique business culture. Other Essential Skills/traits This Individual Should Possess Include

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering, 3+ years of injection molding shop floor experience, the ability to lead others to positive action, communicate effectively, a positive attitude and high energy level. Experience with ERP, Six Sigma certification, ISO certification and knowledge of IQMS are also preferred.
