On our clients' behalf, we are immediately seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join the Management team at their San Jose manufacturing site (continuous manufacturing process). Reporting directly to the VP/General Manager, the Plant Manager will be charged with overseeing and ensuring the success of plant operations including all production, maintenance and quality departments.

• Determine production plans for manufacturing ensuring operational goals are met.
• Manages and reviews annual budget preparation and monthly financial and operations reporting. Other accounting and forecasting duties as required.
• Contribute to the strategic planning for the business.
• Other responsibilities include but are not limited to;
• Special Projects- plant improvements, expansions, new product design, process changes and analysis of production and quality.
• Manage plant operations, staff, facility and equipment
• Monitor and ensure quality control is maintained and issues addressed including customer relations, product specifications and finish product quality.
• Oversight of health and safety program and requirements for the facility.
• Schedule monthly production to ensure the most efficient use of facilities as related to inventory requirements.
• Direct and manage production of finished products, process improvements and materials usage.

Other Responsibilities As Assigned.

Candidates must have a completed 4 year University degree and a minimum of 5 - 7+ years of professional experience in a Plant Management position to be considered.
