Plancha Beverage Cart Attendant (On-Call)

Responsibilities :

• Develop strong relationships with the Golf Course Management team and staff
• Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china , glass, and silver from service
• Will work closely with the Plancha Manager to ensure only the best customer service is provided to our guest enjoying the golf course

• Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions
• Polish glassware and stock the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens and other tools for service

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of food & beverage experience
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience working as a server, cocktail knowledge, inventory management and guest relations experience is preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors during times of high and low temperatures

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
