Picker/Packer Details


  • $ 15.50 to $ 16.50 / hour
  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • Various shifts available
  • Full Time work available


Sunday-Wednesday 6:00pm-4:30am


Friday-Sunday 5:30am-6:00pm


Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm


As an Elwood associate at Thrive Market, your duties could entail the following:


  • As a Picker, you will be assembling customer orders with an RF scanner and placing into totes to be sent to Pack stations
  • A Picker could be walking up to 22 miles a day
  • General warehouse duties
  • As a Packer, you will be getting the customer's order(s) ready for shipment and could be standing up to 11 hours a day


Picker/Packer Qualifications


  • No HSD/GED required!
  • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. We will consider your age at the time of the offense, when the offense occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as any rehabilitation to determine your employability.
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Orientation required prior to start
