This particular role is based in Dallas, Texas. NoGigiddy's operations span across multiple locations within the expansive and diverse state of Texas. From the bustling cityscape of Dallas to the historical richness of San Antonio, the energetic capital city of Austin, and the coastal charm of Galveston, our reach extends throughout the state. This role offers a dynamic and ever-changing work environment, providing opportunities to engage with various businesses and to enhance your professional experience. We are currently looking for an efficient and meticulous Packer to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. As a Packer, you'll be instrumental in preparing products for shipment, ensuring items are securely packed, and that all orders are accurately prepared for dispatch.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect items for defects before packing, and report any issues.
• Label boxes and containers with accurate shipping information.
• Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local Texas regulations.
• Use packaging tools and materials such as tapes, shrink wraps, foam inlays, etc., appropriately.
• Ensure all items are packed safely and securely, in line with Texas business standards.
• Maintain accurate records of packed items and completed orders.
• Coordinate with team members and other staff to optimize the packing process.
• Monitor and replenish packaging supplies as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet productivity goals and deadlines in our fast-paced Texas operations.
• Handle and organize products to prevent damage during transit.
• Prepare products for shipment by packing items into boxes or containers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Packer or in a similar warehouse role in Texas.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, accommodating Texas's dynamic business hours.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
