Job Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable individuals to join our warehouse team as Pickers. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and assembling customer orders from our inventory of medical supplies. Your efficiency and attention to detail will ensure that healthcare providers receive the necessary supplies on time to deliver quality care to their patients.

Responsibilities:

-Utilize picking lists or handheld devices to identify and locate items within the warehouse for order fulfillment.

-Accurately and efficiently pick the required medical supplies from designated storage areas using proper handling techniques.

-Check the quality and expiration dates of products during the picking process to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance.

-Package selected items appropriately, ensure proper labeling, and prepare them for shipment.

-Collaborate with other warehouse personnel to organize and optimize warehouse layout for efficient product storage and retrieval.

-Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that aisles and storage areas are clear of obstacles.

-Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve any inventory discrepancies or issues.

-Operate warehouse equipment, such as handheld scanners and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.

-Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

-Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and offering suggestions for process improvement.

-Follow established safety guidelines and maintain a strong commitment to a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in a picking or order fulfillment role.

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in selecting and assembling customer orders.

-Familiarity with inventory management systems and handheld scanning devices is a plus.

-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

-Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

-Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
