Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner: Urgent Care Float

MyMichigan Health has a wonderful opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant that is interested in floating to our Urgent Care and EZCare facilities! If you are interested in working in fast-paced environments and the ability to become familiar with all our locations, this position is for you.
There will be a mix of shifts that are single coverage and double coverage. Some shifts may be 8 hours, while others are 12 hours. This full-time position is equal to 80 hours per pay period (bi-weekly).
MyMichigan Urgent Care locations provide walk-in and self-scheduled appointments, seeing all ages and conditions in a fun and friendly environment. In addition to acute care, the ideal candidate will also see patients with occupational health related screenings, physicals, and work-related injuries.
The Urgent Cares are fully equipped modern facilities with onsite x-ray, integrated Epic EMR, and an experienced care team. Our nurses and radiology techs are dedicated to support you in providing excellent patient care, and our full-time leadership is on site to assure smooth clinic operations.
Urgent Care experience is required. DOT certification preferred, but on the job training for certification is available. BLS is a required certification for the position.
This float position would provide services to MyMichigan Health Urgent Care or EZCare Locations in Alma, Bay City, Clare, Freeland, Gladwin, Midland, and West Branch.
