Position: Physical Therapist Assistant, Outpatient Rehab at Collegeville
Shift: 24 hours/week; Required hours are Monday-Thursday 2:45-7pm, Fridays 7am-2:30pm

Experience:

Outpatient clinical experience desired.
Education:
Graduate of an approved physical therapy assistant program. Associate degree required
Licensures/Certifications:
1. Must be Pennsylvania licensed with evidenced of approval from the State Board of Physical Therapy
2. Healthcare Provider Current CPR is required on hire
3. Valid Driver’s license and insured automobile (applies to Contract Therapy areas only)
