While working under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist, the full-time PTA will provide patient care and administrative support at our Oakley Center in Cincinnati, OH. You will treat patients while also providing various administrative duties, including assisting our patients with scheduling and registering using our software, verifying insurances and answering patient phone calls. You will also collect co-payments, prepare deposits and send correspondence to medical offices. Bring your exceptional skills and friendly attitude, along with the following:

• High school graduate.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Committed to providing quality patient care.
• Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Ohio and Kentucky.
• Recently completed a two-year program for physical therapy assistants from an accredited institution.
• Attention to detail with strong multi-tasking ability.
• Experience and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
