PHLEBOTOMIST Needed in PELLA , IA| $1450 - week|$36.25-Hour |DAYS

DETAILS:
Location: PELLA , IA
Position: PHLEBOTOMIST
Length: 13 weeks contract
Shift: 5X8- (8 Hours)- DAYS
Start: 2 Weeks from offer

PAY BREAKDOWN:
Weekly Gross: $1450/week
Hourly Blended: $36.25 per hour
Weekly Taxable: $800 Per Week
Weekly Stipend: $650 Per Week
OT Rate: $ 30

REQUIREMENTS:
Need Active IA License or Compact Required / PHLEBOTOMIST license
Active AHA BLS, Certifications
At least One years of experience as in PHLEBOTOMIST
Covid card
