Phlebotomist Jobs

Looking for a Phlebotomist he/she must be experienced with neonates to geriatric, and inpatient/outpatient settings.

Job details are mentioned below:

• Location: Amsterdam, NY
• Shift: Start Time: 05:00 AM - End Time 01:30 PM; Weekend coverage every 6th weekend; Varied start times between 5 to 9 AM;
• Duration: 13 weeks contract
• Experience: Must have 5 years or more experience in a hospital (inpatient) and Clinic (Outpatient) settings. Experience collecting specimens from newborns through geriatric. Must have travel experience.
• Title: Phlebotomist

• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion and skilled communication, leads efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
• Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.

Certification:

• Active Certification (Required) as a Phlebotomist
• BLS certification preferred
• Covid card preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Healthcare setting:

Schedule:

• Overtime
• Day shift
• Rotating weekends

Experience:

License/Certification:

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Required)
