We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate to support our Operations Management department. You’ll work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated achievers in the field to help reach our mission.

You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because…

• You’ll aid the Pharmacist in the selection and compilation of infusion supplies
• You’ll partner with the Pharmacist for all questions related to medication to assist the patient
• You’ll ensure proper inventory while compounding records and patient charts
• You’ll be responsible for the staging and compounding of products
• You’ll maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• You’ll pack medication according to company procedures, which abide with medication safety requirements
• You’ll request refill authorization from physician offices

We’re Excited About You Because…

• You’re able and willing to lift packages weighing up to 25lbs
• You have 1+ years experience as a licensed pharmacy technician preferred
• You put patients first!
• 1+ year of retail pharmacy experience preferred
• You’re able and willing to stand for long periods of time
• You are a Licensed Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy
• You are competent of pharmacy law pertaining to technicians
• You’re able and willing to work at a computer screen for long periods of time if needed
• You have an active, clear, and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license within the state you reside
• You’ll adhere to and meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) as set by the manager upon employment
• You have experience working in a high volume pharmacy
• You like to further your learning in technology - we are a growing company and always introducing new technology

Pay range: $19.00-$21.50/hour

About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support our Pharmacy
Department. You’ll work alongside collaborative partners and dedicated achievers in the
field. This role is primarily responsible for the strategic placement of product orders,
directing accurate cycle counts, and the collation of supply chain data across Truepill’s
network.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you would perform the following
duties (Expectations and Competencies)…

• You’ll ensure proper inventory while compounding records and patient charts
• You’ll be responsible for the staging and compounding of products
• You’ll partner with the Pharmacist for all questions related to medication to
• You’ll maintain patient confidentiality at all times

• You’ll pack medication according to company procedures, which abide

with medication safety requirements

• You’ll request refill authorization from physician offices
• You’ll aid the Pharmacist in the selection and compilation of infusion supplies

We’re excited about you because you maintain the requirements for the role
(Requirements)…

• You have an active, valid, and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license to

practice in your resident pharmacy state (Pharmacy Technician Certification
Board (PTCB) certification is preferred)

• You have 2+ years experience as a licensed pharmacy technician (1 year of retail

Pharmacy Experience Preferred, But Not Required)

• You’re in good standing with Board of Pharmacy

Preferred Skills

• PTCB Certification
• 1 or more years of retail pharmacy experience
• You have a good working knowledge of pharmacy practice
• You have excellent interpersonal communication skills
