Pharmacy Technician, Certified, Children's Hospital, Acute Care (Part-Time)

The University of Iowa Health Care Department of Pharmaceutical Care is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician, Certified or trainee to work in our Children’s Hospital inpatient pharmacy. This position is under general pharmacist supervision, coordinates and performs as necessary the technical activities of dispensing areas. Under general supervision of technician supervisor, carries out activities supportive of development, coordination, and training of assigned areas. Provides functional supervision as required. The hours will rotate between 1st shift, 2nd shift and 3rd shift.

Performs the following patient care responsibilities under the general supervision of a pharmacist:
