Applicant Requirements:

• Unwavering reliability and commitment to the role.
• Experience with and passion for working with dogs, cats, and small animals.
• Familiarity with and residence in or adjacent to our service area.
• Commitment to at least 6 months with Paleo Pet Sitting.
• Ability to provide professional references.
• Daily Internet access for prompt communication via emails, texts, and calls.
• Strong interpersonal skills for exceptional customer service.
• Pet sitting/dog walking experience preferred.
• Serious dedication to the position's responsibilities.
• Willingness to accept client work as agreed upon hiring.
• Clean background check (reimbursed after 6-month commitment, minus processing fees).
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Age: 24 years and above.
• Smartphone with a data plan for mobile applications and communication.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Physical fitness for active work in varying weather conditions.
• Completion of online Pet First Aid training if needed.
• Effective communication with team members, clients, and the company.

• Proactively reach out to clients, fostering warm relationships and encouraging repeat business.
• Provide top-notch dog walking and pet sitting services, meeting our high standards of excellence.
• Deliver compassionate care to pets, ensuring their safety, happiness, and comfort.
• Promote holistic pet health, guiding clients to improved pet nutrition solutions offered at our store.
