Personal Trainer / Fitness Professional

Razor Sharp Fitness is growing its Personal Training team and is looking for energetic, passionate and personable Personal Trainers. Whether you are new to the fitness industry or have experience, we will help you grow your knowledge and business. We are constantly bringing in new members and we want someone who will pride themselves on getting them results while building relationships and friendships along the way. As a Personal Trainer at Razor Sharp Fitness, your responsibilities will include:

• Continue to learn and grow your skills through continuing education and Personal Training Department Education sessions/workouts
• Assessments with members to design a program and help them with a path to reach their goals
• Build and Retain clientele with the guidance of our Fitness Director, Fitness Services Coordinator and other Personal Trainer/Fitness Professionals
• Complete Individual, Partner and/or Group Personal Training sessions

We require:

• Ability to have fun with staff and members
• Professionalism
• Have or willing to obtain Nationally accredited Personal Training Certification and/or Degree in Fitness related field
• Energetic and Self Motivated
• Team Player
