Personal Care Attendant (Pca)

Woodlands Memory Care of Bridgton will be the first and only purpose-built senior living community in the Bridgton area, designed exclusively to address the unique needs of individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and related memory impairments. We are currently hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCA)!

Our PCA staff assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.) and instrumental activities of daily living (light housekeeping, etc.). All PCA staff will receive paid training to become a Personal Support Specialist within the first 120 days of employment. This new certification will also lead to a wage increase!

We have updated our wage scale - starting wage up to $21/hour (based on certifications)!!!

• No PCA or CRMA experience needed; we provide all the training you need, for FREE! But, we want happy people who have what it takes to care.
• Must be 18 years of age or 16 years of age if actively registered as a Certified Nursing Assistant by the Maine Certified Nurse Assistant Registry.
