Role Overview:

As the Personal Assistant and House Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the harmony of our household while supporting the family’s personal and professional life. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Personal Scheduling: Managing personal appointments and creating calendars for health and home maintenance systems.
• Business Support: Providing support for tasks across both of the family's businesses.
• Home Maintenance: Overseeing and organizing home maintenance tasks and scheduling appointments with reputable contractors.
• In addition to handling other daily responsibilities.
• Disaster Recovery: Developing a comprehensive disaster recovery plan for various aspects of life.
• Family Support: Transporting the two children to school three days a week (gas compensation included)
• Efficiency and Organization: Using spreadsheets and graphs to track finances, health trends, and evaluate financial efficiency opportunities.”

Position Details:

The pay for this position is $22-25 per hour (depending on experience), with the potential for growth in both compensation and responsibility as part of our family.
