Pediatric Registered Nurse Jobs

"Job Title: Pediatric Registered Nurse in Clovis, New Mexico

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pediatric RN for a 13-week night assignment in Clovis, NM. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a pediatric care unit and be a team player, flexible and accustomed to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Float to NIC, PIC and ED to care for admitted inpatients holding for bed or as helping hands.

Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.

Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.

Monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.

Record patients' medical information and vital signs.

Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Requirements:

Active NM or compact license

BLS and PALS certifications completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross

Two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.

Successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
