Children’s Therapy Center is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing, natural-environment based Early Support for Infants & Toddlers (ESIT) Team serving our Kent, WA area! Our preferred candidate is experienced, with training in sensory processing and play-based therapy; NDT is a plus. Our Occupational Therapist will have a strong passion for helping children with special needs, and their families reach their full potential.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations using formal and informal assessment tools
- Consistently assess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain timely treatment records and progress reports
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate goals
- Provide parent training and support as an integral part of the therapy program
- Participate as a member of an interdisciplinary and collaborative team
- Order orthotics, assistive devices, and/or adaptive equipment as necessary
Demonstrable experience and other qualifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents, staff and multi-disciplinary teams
- Must have or obtain a OT license in the State of Washington
- Dedicated to quality, with a willingness to learn and share
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications and a valid Driver's License and/or reliable personal transportation
- Experience working with children with developmental delay or disability preferred

Schedule:
This position is available a full time 40 hour per week; candidates available for part-time hours are also encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits:
Children’s Therapy Center offers equitable and competitive pay commensurate with job-related experience and education. The pay rate range for this position is $35.98 - $53.51dependent on related experience and education.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and continuing education benefits. Supplemental/premium insurance options are also available. Eligible employees can enroll in our retirement plan with their first paycheck and will be eligible for company contributions after their first year of employment.
